Respected Hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum! May Allah open the doors of His blessings, mercy and benevolence on you. And may He keep his blessings upon you till the Day of Judgment. Aameen! May Allah benefit every human with its effects. And may every human being indulge in prayers for him and pray for mercy. Aameen! Respected hakeem sahib! I bought your book “Black world, black magic, wazaaif aulia, and scientific research.” In this it is written about head ache to write the following verses (of poetry) with the forefinger and then to shake the head. If the headache shifts to another place, then write there, so that the head ache vanishes completely. Whenever I have a headache, it is severe. It writes these verses. The headache shifts to another place. When I write it on that place and shake head, the headache vanishes completely. The verses are as follows.

سرم خاک رہ ہر چہار سرور       ابوبکرؓ و عمرؓو عثمانؓ و حیدرؓ

One of our teachers says that whenever he needs something, I write on a paper, I recite two nafals. Then I put that page on the place of prostration. Then I pray to Allah, O Allah I need this thing or that. He says that Allah Almighty gives two instead of one. (B, N, Karachi)

Tested for Old Back Ache and Cramp

Respected hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!I am reading Ubqari magazine continuously since 2006. I have found many things from this magazine. I have a prescription that I want to present to the readers of Ubqari. If someone has old and chronic back ache or someone developed a cramp in the back while lifting load or while bowing, they should do the following treatment for this. This is quite successful. ھو الشافی: Get majoon falaasfa from a good pansaar store, majoon soranjaan, half teaspoon in the morning and in the evening with like warm milk. Apply vinto geno on the affected area. 2. Take one tablet of Decloran, one tablet of methycobal once in the morning and once in the evening with luke warm water. Blend desi ghee one spoon, 1 Desi egg in 250 ml warm milk and drink. Apply iodex on the affected area for 3 days. 3) Take one tablet of Theragran ultra one tablet once in a da. Flugen capsules, one in the morning and one in the evening. 4) Hubb-e-Soranjaan, Hubb-e-Adraaki in the morning and in the evening, one tablet each with milk. Apply vintogeno on the affected area. Whatever cure you find easy among them, you can do it. All of them are quite successful and tested. (Hakeem Muhammad Asghar Siraj)

Sever Cough, Bad Throat or Problems of the Hands or Feet

Respected hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!May Allah keep you safe till the Day of Judgment. Two prescriptions are presented here. Both of them are my tested and they are quite effective. 1.

Severe Cough, Bad Throat: ھو الشافی: Mix one or two spoons of honey n a Luke warm glass of water. Sip it slowly. While sipping gargle some times with the same water and swallow it. By the grace of Allah, by doing it for a few times cough and bad throat will heal. 2. If the muscles of the feet, fingers of the hand, nails become loose and deform then apply spirit with a thick fork for a few days. In a few days the meat and nails will completely heal. Wonder of the Heavenly Talisman

Respected hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum!Heavenly talisman was once described in Ubqari magazine. I have tied the heavenly talisman two fingers above the naval of my wife. Several times I was concerned about miscarriage of her pregnancy. But because of the talisman everything is fine. 

Respected hakeem sahib! I have read almost all of your books. And currently I am reading one of your books, “The treasure of my medical secrets”. I am reading the Ubqari magazine for many years and your books as well. I now have a personal library of your books. Almost 60-70 prescriptions in your books are such that their benefits are listed very less. When I made these prescriptions for relatives, they benefited a lot. If I start writing, books will fill. I bought a medicine from the office of monthly Ubqari known as “maajoon murad” and used it. The wonder of this is that after three years my wife became pregnant. (Sh, Q)

Prayer Kun Fa Yakoon

Respected hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum! I am reading the Ubqari magazine for the past five years continuously. I have brought an unanswerable spiritual prescription for the readers. Certainly the readers of Ubqari will benefit from it a lot. If someone has an extremely important work or difficult, if someone is sick or poor. On the Friday night (i.e. the night between Thursday and Friday) or any other day they should do this deed with the sincerity of the heart.

Procedure: 4 rakat prayers. Pray them in pairs of two. In the first rakat recite the following after surah Fateha 100 times  In the second rakat after surah recite the

following 100 times  and complete the prayers. In the first rakat of the second pair of nawaafil recite the folliwng after surah Fateha 100 times

In the second rakat after surah Fateha recite the following 100 times 

Without talking to anyone recite  100 times. After this prostrate and recite
